Beeville's Upholstery Shop

M. R. Custom Upholstery was established in 2011 by Michael Rios in Wichita Falls Texas, while his wife was stationed at Sheppard Air Force Base. He opened up shop working with interior decorators customizing furniture.  Seeing how upholstery was a dying trade, he decided to take the art and make it his own. Michael’s passion for upholstery was passed down from his father. He started working for his father’s upholstery shop when he was 12 years old and since then has been perfecting his craft. 

While living in Utah, when his wife was stationed at Hill Air Force Base, he had the privilege of working under world famous upholster Justin Stephens from JS Custom Interiors. There he honed in on his skills for custom automotive interiors.

After his wife separated from the Air Force, they decided to come back home to Beeville to be a part of this great community. Michael is married to his high school sweetheart and has two beautiful daughters. He prides himself on his core values; honesty, integrity, and with God anything is possible.
